Spiritual Direction with Cate

In the Celtic tradition, Anam Cara means “soul friend” — someone who walks alongside you as you explore the stirrings of your inner life.

As a trained spiritual director, I offer a safe and spacious place to pause, reflect, and gently listen for what is emerging within and around you. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking deeper meaning, or simply longing for stillness in a noisy world, I’ll be alongside you — not to give answers, but to hold space for your questions, your doubts, your hopes.

My Anam Cara approach is grounded in four core values:

Integrity – I honour your truth, your pace, and your story. What you bring is held with respect, confidentiality, and deep care.
Kindness – Gentle presence is at the heart of every session. There is no judgment here — only compassion.
Authenticity – I show up as I am and invite you to do the same. Together, we create a space where the masks can fall away and something real can emerge.
Humility – I don’t pretend to have all the answers. I believe wisdom often arises in the quiet spaces — through listening, wondering, and being still together.

You don’t need to be religious or have it all figured out. You’re welcome just as you are.

Sessions are available online or in person, shaped around what feels right for you.
